Coming to the campsite
During your vacation on the Ile d’Offard, you’ll be staying in the town of Saumur. Reach Saumur by railthe Saumur-Rive-Droite train station station is just 1.5 km from the campsite.
Via by road take the A85 freeway linking Angers to Vierzon. Continue to exit 3 Saumur. At the various roundabouts on your route, follow the signs for direction Saumur. Once on the the banks of the Loire follow the downtown direction and the signs for camping and Offard swimming pool . Drive along the quay for 5 minutes. You’ll arrive at a large parking lot. Park your car and go to the campsite reception in front of you.

Practical info
Our campsite in Saumur covers almost 5 hectares with 228 pitches divided into 169 rentals and 59 camping pitches (quantities may change without notice).
Our campsite is accessible to people with reduced mobility .
Our reception team speaks French , l’ English and Spanish .
Dogs welcome under certain conditions. Contact the campsite for more information.
Our campsite is open from mid-March to mid-October March 15 to October 13, 2024. During this period, take advantage of many services reception, grocery store, sanitary facilities, playgrounds, wellness area, bike rental, barbecues, bed linen and towels. The pool and the restaurant are open from May to September 2024 (dates subject to change without notice).
Visit reception is open throughout the season at the following times (indicative only, subject to change):
- Low season : 9h-12h /14h-19h
- High season: 8.30am-8pm
Are you due to arrive after reception closing hours? Don’t worry, we’ve thought of everything! Let our reception staff know your arrival time. We’ll send you all the information you need for your late arrival by e-mail or telephone: where to pick up your key or badge, campsite map, service timetables and restaurant menu.
Here are our arrival/departure times for your camping holiday in Saumur:
- mobile home rental in Saumur: arrival after 4pm and departure before 10am
- Stay with bare pitch rental in Saumur: after 3 p.m. and departure before 12 a.m.

At Flower Camping l’Île d’Offard, tranquillity tranquility is paramount. Thus, our gates entry and exit gates are unavailable at night and are accessible by badge from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. . For holidaymakers arriving at the campsite after hours, parking spaces are parking spaces are available around the campsite . L’ pedestrian and bicycle access is available 24h/24 in the vicinity of the gates.
In summer and during local events in low season, our campsite is guarded at night in summer . Our janitor makes several rounds and ensures compliance with the internal rules and total silence. In the event of an incident or noise disturbance, you can refer the matter to the security guard or contact an emergency number which will be given to you on arrival.
On arrival, we require a deposit of 300€ for rental stays .

A systematic end-of-stay inspection is carried out by our team for rental stays. Sign up for and prepare for the end of your stay and prepare for the end of your stay. Entry inspections are not carried out as they are performed by our maintenance teams beforehand.
